Spring has sprung!  While it's taking some time for the weather to warm up, our programming calendar is not!  It's only the end of March and already we've held the Mentor Program kick-off, a webinar on the Millennial Mind, and breakfast with two prominent industry leaders who are strong advocates of WICT New England. There's still plenty more to come! Recaps of these past events and a copy of the Millennial Mind PowerPoint presentation can be found here
Our spring full day in-person development session "#Retrain Your Brain: Battling Unconscious Bias & Becoming an Ally for Other Women in the Workplace" will be Wednesday, April 19 at the Non-Profit Center in Boston. Be sure to sign up here as space is limited.

Also back by popular demand this spring will be our Speed Mentoring event - our most popular event each year. Mark your calendars for June 15 at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA for this fast paced opportunity to get answers from industry veterans on career development topics that are important to you.
And the Save the Date for this year's Evening of Excellence has been sent, so be sure to mark the date November 9 on your calendars! We are ready to accept nominations highlighting the great work our peers do! Evening of Excellence Nomination forms can be downloaded here. Anyone can nominate.

As a reminder of all the inspirational colleagues we work with, we're spotlighting one of our award winners from 2016.
