Julie Sobieski joined ESPN as an intern in 1998 and has quickly elevated through the ranks of the company’s programming department. Sobieski is one of ESPN’s core programming executives responsible for the overall direction of ESPN’s content across a wide variety of platforms. In 2013, she was promoted to vice-president, league sports programming. In her new role, she is responsible for strategic planning and oversees the day-to-day management of ESPN’s business relationship with the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, motorsports including NASCAR, the IndyCar Series and NHRA and Little League Baseball. Sobieski previously served as vice-president, programming and acquisitions, from 2007-2013.

Laura Ausmus takes over as WICT New England’s new President after holding many positions on the board. Laura joined ESPN in 2008 and works in Disney & ESPN Media Networks Affiliate Partnership Development & Operations as a Senior Business Analyst. Laura is responsible for the Disney & ESPN Affiliate Zone website, a top rated affiliate site across the industry. Laura ensures ESPN & Disney’s distribution partners have everything they need in order to launch, air and promote their networks. Additionally, Laura oversees the management of relationships with distribution partners and facilitates the integration of Dynamic Ad Insertion across all the Walt Disney networks available on TVE.

Christine is currently lead analyst for Northeast Division Application Development and specializes in software testing and developing automation software. She has recently been certified as a software tester by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ITSQB).

Karen L. Perham-Lippman serves as the Manager of Community Investment for Comcast’s Western New England Region which employs 1,800 individuals and serves more than 800,000 customers in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, Western New Hampshire, Vermont and New York. In this role she develops and manages Comcast’s regional community investment strategies and activities to enhance the organization's relationships and brand in the community. Ms. Perham-Lippman also serves as a corporate liaison to the community, local government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees.

Brittany Lahm, ESPN’s first-ever Music Licensing Coordinator, has worked in Sports & Music Entertainment since graduating from Syracuse University as part of the original 2011 Bandier class. Prior to joining ESPN in 2014, Brittany worked at WWE Music Group, a subdivision of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). At ESPN, Brittany is responsible for managing all licensing processes, overseeing music for ESPN Films, E60, Golf, Marketing and International Studio Shows, as well as, brand development & artist integration on social/digital platforms for ESPN Music. Brittany is a founding member of the Bandier Program Alumni Board and has recently joined the WICT New England Chapter Board as a Program Director.

Sue Palmieri is the Greater Boston Region’s Care Director, in Chelmsford, MA for Comcast.

Sue began her professional career at Comcast in 1995. After a few short years as a Customer Account Representative she was promoted into leadership as a Supervisor and quickly within a year of that, another promotion to Senior Manager. As a Manager Sue lead a variety of professional teams, from Operations Support, Business Operations, to Executive Customer Care, Billing and Research, Retention, and Real-Time Operations. In March 2012 Sue was promoted into a Director position for the Northeast Division ROC, and two years later she was promoted into her current role as Senior Director of Customer Care in Chelmsford for the Greater Boston Region.
