Ros Thornton, Quality Manager, Comcast

Ros Thornton, Volunteer Director for the WICT New England Chapter is a six year member of the WICT organization. Ros joined WICT in 2004 when she came to work at Comcast in order to expand her knowledge and increase her network within the cable industry. Ros is currently a Quality Manager at Comcast in the Greater Boston Region’s Care organization. Although Ros is relatively new in cable, she has worked for over 30 years in the Telecommunications industry. She holds a BS in Management and a MS in Total Quality Management. Ros was recognized as the WICT New England Chapter’s Ambassador of the Year in 2008 and also completed the 2008 Boston Fellows Program of The Partnership Inc. This is the second year Ros has served on the WICT New England Board of Directors, and she is looking forward to interfacing with our WICT Ambassadors and volunteers in support of our programs and events.
