Nichole Chapais, Associate Product Manager, Comcast

For more than 10 years Nichole Chapais has dedicated her career and growth in the cable industry, building new platforms in the delivery and execution of the cable product as we know it today.

Fostering her relationships across the organization, Nichole’s vast knowledge in the field has stemmed from her direct customer contact as a Customer Care Representative to now leading the facilitation of advanced video products.

Nichole has been on the forefront into the planning and strategy behind launching Celtics & Patriots On Demand. These partnerships exposed the NorthCentral Division to new territory and Nichole has shown her strength and ability to partner both with programmers, sports teams and internal engineering. Nichole’s role in the partnering with the SHADE Foundation (Shonda Schilling’s foundation) to launch HealthiNation On Demand was the model for a national launch of HealthiNation On Demand.  

Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley College. She accomplished earning her degree while working full time.

Nichole is highly regarded amongst her peers in the industry having been recognized in 2007 as Women in Cable Telecommunications New England Chapter Champion of the Year 2007. The WICT New England chapter is a force in Nichole’s life as she is currently serving as Website and E-newsletter Director. Nichole has brought new approaches not only to the industry, but for the WICT chapter as well.

Nichole has a love for the world around her from family and friends to enjoying walks along the Charles River Reservation Walkway. Nichole resides in Waltham with her partner, Peter.
