Lisa Strack, Senior Manager, Diversity and
Inclusion, Comcast
Lisa is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Diversity and
Inclusion for Comcast- within the Greater Boston Region. In her role,
she is an internal consultant to the business in the development of
recruitment strategies that yield a diverse pipeline of best-in-class
talent, as well as represents the company in external
diversity/inclusion activities and leveraging partnerships and
sponsorships while enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation.
Prior to joining Comcast, Lisa worked at Stop & Shop Supermarket
Corporate as a Recruiting Lead and Diversity Specialist. Previous to
Stop and Shop, she worked in Multi-Cultural Affairs at Fisher College,
and training and development at Accenture.
Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational
Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. Additionally, Lisa has
a certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in counseling from Springfield
College and is a certified professional (PHR) in Human Resources from
the Society of Human Resource Management since 2006.
As a member of WICT since 2007, and a part of their Mentor program
since 2009, she is currently serving on the board as Director of
Student Outreach.
She is also an accomplished Toastmaster through Toastmaster
International, has served on the Massachusetts Rehabilitation
Commission (MRC) board since 2007, and a proud graduate of The
Partnership‘s fellows class of 2008.
Lisa resides in Boston and is member of the NEHRA Diversity Council,
and an active member of many local organizations such as Association of
Latinos in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), National Association Asian
American Professionals (NAAAP), National Association of Multi-
Ethnicities in Telecommunications (NAMIC), and National Black MBA
(NBMBA).
