Kristen L. Roberts serves as the Senior Director of Community & Public Relationsfor Comcast’s CT/West Region, responsible for community investment and public relations initiatives.

Kristen brings a strong record of success and leadership to this position from her previous experience as Manager of Community Relations for Comcast’s Connecticut and Western, MA areas and more recently as Area Director of Government and Community Relations for Connecticut. While in these positions, Kristen was responsible for directing community investment strategies and employee volunteer opportunities as well as managing positive relationships with local, state, and federal elected officials through a variety of special events and correspondence. Kristen also directed the process of renewing cable franchises with the Department of Public Utility Control.

Kristen is very involved in many professional and community organizations, most notably she served two terms as President of the New England Chapter of Women in Cable and Telecommunications and presently serves on its Board of Directors, and sits on many local Boards including Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce, Middlesex United Way and Middlesex Hospital Community Council.

Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from University of Hartford, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Central Connecticut State University and completed the Paralegal Program at the University of Hartford.
