Carolyn Slocombe, Ph.D., Vice President, Human Resources, Time Warner Cable

Carolyn Slocombe is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in both public and private corporations. She built her successful reputation for driving organizational effectiveness by marrying the fields of human resources, organizational development and systems thinking to produce practical and powerful human resources and organizational development approaches that aligns cultures, teams and leaders with business requirements. 

Carolyn brings a diverse background of work in the human resources field from  the tactical program implementation, acquisition integration and organizational development perspectives.  Carolyn is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for Time Warner Cable New England.  Prior to this she worked for IDEXX Laboratories as the senior organizational development partner for the world-wide Laboratory services business.  Her previous experience includes senior leadership positions at Cisco Systems, Quantum Corporation, CenterLine Software, and Parker Hannifin.

Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s degree in Business Management from Lesley College, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts.
