Caroline Bilodeau, Business Operations, ESPN

Caroline Bilodeau, a native of Québec, Canada, holds a B.A. in Professional Writing and Communications from Sherbrooke Université. She moved to San Francisco in 1997 and worked for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts where she worked in different marketing positions. In 2003, she joined the Affiliate Sales and Marketing group at ESPN and was responsible for the operational management of the National Cable Television COOP (NCTC) account. In 2006, she was promoted to Business Operations Specialist, Sales and Marketing. Her time is dedicated to creating efficiencies, promoting internal and external communication, providing customer service and ensuring work life-balance for her teammates.
