Have you ever wanted to be more strategic? Do you need to develop strategic leadership in others? What if you could have strategic leadership embedded in the fabric of your organization?
If these questions cross your mind, you are not alone: many of today's leaders are faced with the challenge of "being strategic" in the midst of a complex and sometimes chaotic world. How does one do this? This session is your guide.

This webinar from the Center for Creative Leadership is based on years of experience in our Developing the Strategic Leader program, and insights shared in the book, Becoming a Strategic Leader: Your Role in Your Organization's Enduring Success. We know that individuals and teams enact strategic leadership when they Think, Act, and Influence others in ways that promote the enduring success of the organization. This webinar focuses on specific and practical ways to become more engaged and effective at developing the strategy to guide your organization's future.

In this session you will:
  • Learn a common definition and several frameworks to guide the development of strategic leadership in yourself and others

  • Assess yourself, your team, and your organization on key factors for strategic leadership

  • Learn practical ways to enhance strategic leadership in yourself and in your organization
